Extension of the Container Terminal in the Port of Rades

Project Description
MTBS, as part of a consortium, was hired by STAM, a public Tunisian terminal operator, to conduct an institutional and financial analyses for the expansion of the container terminal in the port of Rades. MTBS conducted a traffic forecast for containers and RoRo cargo to map the demand for the terminal in Rades. MTBS also conducted a financial assessment and an institutional assessment where PPP-structuring was included in order to assess the feasibility of the expansion project.
