Project Description
The Municipality of Harlingen has expressed its ambition to corporatize the port management. To that purpose, the municipality has requested an assessment of the financial feasibility of this corporatization. MTBS was hired to construct the financial model to test the feasibility and the financial impact under various scenarios. In addition, a traffic forecast, risk and business case analyses belonged to the scope of the project.
