Project Description
MTBS was assigned by DCT Gdansk SA as financial advisor to support adequate investment decision-making by the shareholders in relation to a planned 2 million TEU/annum capacity expansion of their existing deep sea container terminal facilities in the port of Gdansk. The advisory mandate included the development of a bankable financial model and the associated project information memorandum, used to engage potential lenders and investors in course of debt and equity syndication for the project.
