Project Description
In connection to upcoming port PPP projects in both Tema and Takoradi, the Ghana Ports & Harbours Authority (GPHA) contracted MTBS to review and restructure the existing tariff regime of GPHA in both ports. Additionally, MTBS provided GPHA with PPP competence-building by establishing a tailored PPP manual and providing a PPP training course for GPHA, MoT and MoF. The mandate also included the commercial plan addressing future PPP development options in the port of Tema.
