Project Description

The port of Illichevsk has applied for an EBRD loan to rehabilitate port infrastructure. Within the scope of this loan, MTBS experts carried out a corporate development programme for the port of Illichevsk that included: the development of a 5 year strategy and business plan, developing PPP (public private partnership) arrangements that lead to public-private funding of expansion schemes, and restructuring of the port’s financial accounts to international IFRS standards.
