Project Description

The World Bank and Government of Liberia contracted a consulting consortium including MTBS as lead transaction advisor for the implementation of public-private partnership (PPP) transactions for concessions in Freeport Monrovia in Liberia. The advisory services included PPP and concessions structuring, business case analysis, review of legal and regulatory framework, design of tender strategy, preparation of tender documents, transaction management, evaluation of bids and negotiations support.
