Project Description

MTBS was engaged by the Ministerio de Transportes y Telecomunicaciones Chile to conduct an initial risk assessment related to the concessioning of the San Antonion outer port public works and terminals. Inter alia, MTBS leveraged its global port PPP expertise to advise on optimal project and concession sequencing and structuring. Additionally, MTBS advised on the (project) financing impact of various tender structuring and sequencing options.
