Project Description
MTBS was hired by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Maldives as part of a consortium to conduct a feasibility study and prepare the masterplan for the international port development at Gulhifalhu, with the main goal to relocate the current commercial port activities in Male to the new port in Gulhifalhu. MTBS performed the market assessment, the traffic and vessel forecast, the financial and the economic feasibility for the project and provided the detailed masterplan for the new international port.
