Project Description
On behalf of the Karachi Port Trust (KPT), MTBS was assigned to prepare a comprehensive business plan and strategic development plan in order to redefine the KPT’s business structure in the short, medium and long term. This assignment was World Bank funded and concerned all aspects of a strategy and business plan, including assessment and recommendations for KPT’s financial position, organisational restructuring, port development and investment, port operations, institutional restructuring and port IT systems.
