Project Description
MTBS was hired by the EBRD to conduct the lenders’ due diligence of the railport project in Kocaeli, which is located just east of Istanbul. MTBS was responsible for the financial and technical review of the project. MTBS’ output included EBITDA projections for the project, a review of the design and capex estimations, and a review of the competitive field for the project. The assignment was summarised with a comprehensive risk matrix, which was used as input for the final loan documentation.
