Project Description
MTBS was engaged by the Kribi Port Authority to conduct a feasibility study for an economic zone adjacent to the Kribi port area. Inter alia, MTBS identified and evaluated potential institutional and business models for the economic zone. Subsequently, MTBS prepared a full-fledged financial model to ascertain the overall financial viability of the project and to test the impact of various institutional structures. Additionally, draft legal documents were prepared.
