Project Description
MTBS provided project development services for a greenfield oil products terminal in the port of Lagos, Nigeria. The services were aimed at securing a long term concession contract with the Nigeria Ports Authority allowing the client to develop and operate its business. Advisory works included an initial due diligence on commercial, technical, legal and institutional aspects of the project; the development of a technical plan for site development; and development of the implementation plan.
