Project Description
MTBS was contracted by Echon to assess the commercial feasibility of greenfield port developments in Batam and Balikpapan. By analysing the commercial and competitive environments, MTBS evaluated the prospective trade volumes for these areas. The resulting business plans, complete with a comprehensive SWOT analysis, provided Echon with key insights to make informed investment decisions in Indonesia.
