Project Description
MTBS was hired by LAPSSET Corridor Development Authority (LCDA) to provide transaction advisory services to foster the further development of the port of Lamu and the adjacent special economic zone (SEZ). This is to be achieved by designing and executing a comprehensive public private partnership (PPP) strategy with well-defined transaction(s), in order to attract potential investors from the private sector according to the laws of Kenya.
