This assignment was carried out by MTBS as lead partner in a consortium, where the sponsor was EleQtra and the benificiary was OMVS (Organisation pour la Mise en Valeur du fleuve Sénégal) which is an organisation that functions under an international treaty of three countries; Mali, Mauritania and Senegal.
