Project Description

MTBS was appointed by EUROGATE to assist in her bid for the container terminal concession in the port of Limassol, Cyprus. In March 2016, EUROGATE and her consortium partners Interorient and East Med Holdings were selected as the preferred bidder for the 25 year concession. The concession agreement was signed in April 2016. MTBS worked as lead and assisted the client by developing a market analysis, due diligence, business case analysis, preparation of the bid documentation and a review on the legal documentation.
