Project Description
MTBS M&A was hired by a Rotterdam-based breakbulk operator to conduct a location search and associated investment scan. As part of our services, MTBS M&A prepared a longlist of suitable locations matching specific characteristics, conducted a multi-criteria analysis to determine a shortlist of potential locations, and approached the existing owners to gauge their interest to divest (a part of) their shareholding.
