MTBS was requested to assist to Sri Lanka Ports Authority in determining their position as a potential future landlord of warehousing facilities at Colombo North Port, including 1) providing advice on the management component, 2) defining potential private partnerships with operations considerations, and 3) providing an understanding of possible future revenue streams by way of additional logistics services within the Port.
