MTBS M&A was hired by an agricultural commodity trader to conduct an in-depth scan of potential locations in and around the port of Constanta for potential acquisition/investment. The criteria were related to technical and operational aspects. As end deliverable, MTBS submitted an opportunity scan report which summarised the main findings of the assessment.
