MTBS was hired by Kumport Terminal to conduct a market study which included a thorough review of the regional dynamics for both gateway and transhipment containers, a detailed capacity analysis of the terminal, a hinterland analysis and an outlook for the expected container volume handled in the upcoming decades. In addition, a SWOT and risk & mitigation matrix was developed.
