MTBS was hired by a consortium to conduct a market assessment on the 10th of Ramadan dry port development in Egypt. The market assessment was leveraged by the consortium to finetune their bid for the BOT tender. The assignment consisted of a supply chain cost analysis, which provided the insights for the value proposition and the 25-year forecast for this dry port development project.
