Project Description
MTBS was engaged by Global Infrastructure Hub to conduct a market sounding concerning the envisaged port privatisation programme. The goal of the market consultation is to support the Brazilian government by facilitating a competitive dialogue, in order to optimise the implementation structure of the port privatisations. MTBS also provided an expert opinion on ongoing studies related to the privatisations and organised a PPP course to share knowledge on international best practice transaction approaches.
