MTBS was contracted by an investor and port developer to conduct a market study for the transaction of the Belawan international container terminal, Indonesia. MTBS advised its client on the potential of Belawan port as an investment opportunity in North Sumatra. The scope of work for the assignment included the competitive assessment of the region, shipping line analysis, and a traffic, tariff and revenue forecast.
