Project Description
MTBS was contracted by DCT Gdansk S.A., to undertake a market study, with focus on terminal revenues and labour costs, shipping line costs and shipping line alliances and strategies. The shipping costs analysis focused on the cost difference for using Gdansk as hub versus using other European ports. Separately, MTBS provided an Excel model, that calculates costs savings for the shipping line as a result of higher terminal productivity, and shows the cost difference for the terminal.
