Project Description
For a private client, MTBS carried out a market study for the to-be rehabilitated Eastern Railway Line in Ghana. MTBS performed a traffic forecast for various commodities, including containers. Based on a transport tariff comparison, MTBS optimised the tariff for the railway for the commodities and estimated the market share for the railway corridor. MTBS estimated the revenues for both the railway corridor, as well as the inland port at the end of the corridor.
