Project Description
MTBS performed buy-side advisory services for investment in the port of Laem Chabang, Thailand. The services consisted of an assessment of market volumes and outlook, tariff assessment and outlook, container handling capacity and terminal project projections. Further a SWOT analysis was conducted based on a competitor analysis, shipping line analysis and by benchmarking other terminals. The effect of automation at the terminal design was addressed qualitatively.
