Project Description
MTBS, as part of a consortium, was retained to prepare a master plan for Muara Port Company (MPC), the principal terminal operator in the port of Muara. MTBS prepared the commercial, operations, technical, and business plan, and compiled all findings in the final master plan. The scope of the master plan included MPC’s existing assets (Muara Container Terminal and Muara Conventional Terminal), complemented with adjacent sites including the fish landing complex, free trade zones, and industrial parks.
