Project Description
MTBS was hired by the Port of Rijeka Authority (PRA) to develop the masterplan for Matulji inland port and logistics centre. MTBS developed the demand forecast in terms of volume as well as land demand. Thereafter, MTBS determined the land, infrastructure, and superstructure requirements. MTBS developed lay-out options, including the phasing of the development.
