Project Description
MTBS, as part of a consortium, was hired by the World Bank to draft a national ports strategic plan for Argentina. This included all technical, economic and institutional aspects to achieve a more efficient operation of the Argentinian port system, including identifying and exploiting every opportunity for improvement. MTBS was responsible for making a national and port specific supply – demand analysis and for providing recommendations for required investments in the ports.
