Project Description
MTBS was hired by the Port of Baku to develop the Heads of Agreement for the fertilizer terminal in Alat and to assist the port authority in the negotiations with a potential private operator of the fertilizer terminal under an operations contract. The main task that MTBS provided was the concession deal-structuring with all relevant clauses and preferred concession fee structure.
