Project Description
MTBS was hired by the Valencia Port Authority to execute a feasibility study for a new container terminal in Valencia port. It includes the fourth container terminal in the port of Valencia and aims to attract both gateway as well as transhipment container volumes. MTBS performed the following services: traffic forecasting, capacity analyses, masterplanning, financial and economic feasibility assessment, preparation of transaction strategy and development of bidding documents.
