Project Description
MTBS was appointed by the World Bank to assist the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) with the evaluation of the PPP strategy for expiring concessions. MTBS assisted the NPA with a framework evaluation for the concessionaire’s performance, organised workshops to discuss critical decision factors for extending concessions and evaluated the process concerning the granted extensions for 3 concessions.
