Project Description
MTBS was appointed by the World Bank to facilitate a capacity building program for PPP Implementation in the port of Berbera. MTBS prepared course material on the subjects of institutional reform, transaction preparation, transaction implementation and concession contract management. The capacity building program included visits to ports and firms active in the port industry in the Netherlands.
