COMMERCIAL DUE DILIGENCE
for a Senior Loan – Port of Cork
March 2016 – April 2016
Project Description
MTBS was hired by the Port of Cork Company to conduct a commercial due diligence on the Ringaskiddy Port redevelopment project. The main objective of the analysis was to prove the necessity and value of the project. As such, the client required a commercial due diligence that provided a diagnostic of current and future operations (containers, roro, dry, liquid and break bulk as well as cruise), current and future port infrastructure, bottlenecks and the port’s institutional setup.
