Project Description
MTBS was hired by the Economic Development Board of Madagascar (EDBM) to prepare a feasibility study to show the financial and economical viability of the potential rehabilitation of the port of Manakara, to facilitate capacity building and support the government of Madagascar in its PPP program. The basic objective of the feasibility study is to compare several (technical) options and to identify the most appropriate variant to develop the port.
