Project Description

MTBS was hired by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) to prepare a strategy to develop a port and logistics hub in Trinidad and Tobago, based on a feasibility assessment of three potential location scenarios. Focal areas includes containers, cruise and waterfront development. MTBS prepared three business cases for the three scenarios and provided the final proposal for the development of the selected scenario, including an implementation plan.
