Project Description
MTBS was hired by the World Bank for a port PPP capability building study tour to Thailand for key port decision-makers from public sector in Bangladesh. During the one-week study trip in Thailand, the participants learned the PPP transformative journey of the Port Authority of Thailand. Together with the World Bank, the participants networked with Laem Chabang Port stakeholders and benefitted from a firmer understanding of the PPP development options for Bay Terminal in Bangladesh.
