Project Description
MTBS was hired by the Port of Baku to provide assistance in structuring of the PPP and the concession fees for a new fertilizer terminal in the port of Alat. The main objective was to structure the concession to make it attractive for potential investors and operators. Main tasks included: reviewing the existing feasibility study, optimising the PPP project structure, assisting on the preferred concession fee terms and structures and recommending on the way forward for the transaction process.
