Project Description

A consortium led by MTBS was contracted by the World Bank and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development to prepare a PPP development strategy for the port of Ploce. The assignment included business planning, legal PPP advice, PPP structuring, financial modelling and structuring, masterplanning, investment planning, and training and workshops.
