Project Description
MTBS was hired by the World Bank to develop a PPP framework for the selection of a private party to implement inter-island transport services in Comoros. MTBS carried out financial, technical, and legal analyses. As part of the assignment, MTBS identified potential passenger vessels and conducted a feasibility study. Furthermore, MTBS proposed a mitigation plan, an implementation plan and developed the tender documents.
