Project Description
MTBS was the leader of a consulting consortium that assisted the Nigerian Bureau of Public Enterprises in developing a strategy to improve the efficiency of inland waterways transportation through PPP. MTBS acted as transaction advisors in this tender. Part of the project was to create the right institutional framework for the port reform process and to restructure the National Inland Waterway Authority (NIWA) into a landlord authority.
