MTBS was hired, as part of a consortium, to perform a review of Namport’s organisational and operational policy and structure. The services provided included a detailed review of Namport’s current structure, a benchmark comparing Namport’s KPIs to that of comparable peers, a thorough analysis of the manning and staffing levels at operations. The recommendations focused on the optimal manning level at operations and aligning the executive and management divisions structure with that of international best practices.
