Project Description
MTBS was engaged by the African Development Bank to conduct an independent commercial and technical review of the port of Cotonou masterplan in support of the client’s possible investment in the port. This included a review of all masterplan documentation, stakeholder engagements and various commercial analyses such as traffic projections, SEZ development plans, market share assessments, and technical analyses such as stablishing the rationale of (re-)development plans, analysing development plans in the light of traffic projections.
