Project Description
MTBS was engaged by Global Infrastructure Facility to conduct a project readiness assessment for the envisaged IWT PPP project for the Magdalena river in Colombia, to ascertain whether the project was ready for implementation. Inter alia, the assessment comprised an evaluation of the general quality and comprehensiveness of project documentation and a benchmark of key assumptions and solutions against international benchmarks.
