Project Description
MTBS was hired by the Port Authority of San Antonio to perform a tariff benchmark study with comparable ports on the West coast of the Americas. The objective of the project was to determine the port of San Antonio competitive position within the region for a wide variety of vessels calling the port (i.e., containerships, dry and liquid bulk carriers, roro vessels and general cargo carriers). In addition, MTBS performed an operational benchmark for the selected ports.
