MTBS was hired by the Anaklia Deep Sea Port Development Agency to lead the sell side transaction process up until signing. The transaction for the greenfield deeps ea port was based on a JV model, with the Georgian Government as a 51% majority shareholder. Services included the entire process from the clarifications on the transaction documents and process, up until reviewing the bids and negotiating with the preferred bidder up until signing.
