MTBS M&A was appointed as sell-side transaction advisor to the owners of Maast Maritime Kenya (MMK) to initiate a sale process for the shareholding held in their maritime facility in Mombasa, Kenya. MTBS analysed the potential buyer landscape, developed an investor longlist, and conducted a market sounding exercise to gauge overall market appetite for a potential transaction. MTBS prepared marketing materials and supported the current owners in discussions with potential investors.
