Luka Koper, the port and logistics services provider in the port of Koper, engaged MTBS to prepare a strategic business plan for its container business development. The activities included market projections, institutional feasibility, financial feasibility, recommendations on the optimisation of current operations, the development of port lay-out and operational concepts for the medium and long run, investment plans, assessments of business concepts and the financing of port expansions.
