Project Description

The World Bank has hired MTBS to conduct a strategic economic assessment for the port of Berbera. The port is strategically located to serve both Somaliland, as well as the Ethiopian market. The objective of the project was to create a long-term port development and a PPP-strategy for the port. The project included market analysis and forecasting, financial feasibility assessment, legal and institutional analysis and PPP-strategy development.
