Project Description
MTBS (as part of a consortium) was hired by the Port Authority Antwerp to provide strategic advisory services regarding the future use of the Churchill site in the port of Antwerp. The site formerly used for car manufacturing is well connected to rail, road and pipelines. MTBS advised on sectors and companies that could be interested to use the area and conducted a gap analysis to determine the amenities required by potential future concessionaires.
